We hold a space for faith-filled leaders, both lay and professional, where transformation happens. Our training is deeply biblical, faith-filled, and relational. Our gatherings are deeply contextual and practical. We invite leaders of faith-full congregations, institutions, and organizing networks into a community of practice and transformation, creating systemic change and equal outcomes around race and economics. We form leaders to use powerful lenses of unlikely relationships, racial and economic equity, and place based accountability, so together we become and build lived realities of love and justice in the places where our congregations are rooted.

After the 5 day onsite training, OFMN leaders will accompany participants through their 90 day plans.
